P.A.V.E. (Positive Attitude Vibes & Energy) was born from a deep understanding of the challenges many young people face in finding a space where they truly belong and also express themselves.

As a parent of a neurodiverse child, I have experienced first hand the struggles of accessing inclusive activities that nurture creativity, build confidence, and offer a sense of community. Driven by the desire to create a safe, supportive, and empowering environment for all children—regardless of their background, abilities, or experiences, I founded P.A.V.E. to bring music, movement, and mindfulness together in a way that uplifts, inspires, and connects.

What started as a vision has grown into a vibrant community where young people can express themselves freely, discover their strengths, and develop lifelong skills. With a strong emphasis on inclusion and well-being, P.A.V.E. welcomes everyone—neurodiverse children, young carers, and any child looking for a positive outlet—ensuring that no one is left behind.

Through workshops, performances, and mindfulness practices, we are changing lives, one beat, one step, and one voice at a time.

Our story is still being written, and we invite you to be part of it.

Meet our team

At P.A.V.E., we’re more than just a team—we’re a community built on passion, lived experience, and the drive to uplift every child through music and movement.

Our Vision & Mission

Provide a supportive and inclusive environment.

Build confidence and creativity.

Encourage meaningful connections and collaboration.

In East London, including Chingford and Walthamstow, over 7,000 children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) are struggling to access the support they deserve. With a projected 9.5% increase in the school-age population by 2025, the gap in services for neurodiverse children is growing wider every day.

Imagine being a parent watching your child wait months, or even years, for vital therapies and support that could change their life. Now imagine being the reason they no longer have to wait.
